Reunion Island is one of the most attractive destinations in the world thanks to its beaches and natural landscapes that surround them. In the middle of the Indian Ocean, this place exudes a special magic to combine several elements such as volcanic rocks, sand, sea, flora, fauna, tropical forests and a lot of wonders. Its beaches are visited by surfers and mountains by the glider because we usually do pretty windy on the island.
There are different types of beaches with different features, all very attractive and perfect according to the type of tourism they look and what they want from each beach. The most striking are, in my view, volcanic, possessing great beauty like any other volcanic zone. These are the best two volcanic beaches of Reunion Island:
Boucan Canot Beach
It’s a huge beach where you can both see someone surfing as another area in which meditation is performed or relaxation techniques. It is long and wide, which is divided into small areas so that each visitor is in which you are interested. The pool area is surrounded vigilant as it is a hazardous beach with strong waves and a current which can sometimes be a bit violent. In the surf zone monitoring and only there can bathe surfers of any level, but only surfers. If you go with your table you can not swim in that area, but in addition you can also surf other sports. One of the nicest things that has this beach is a spectacular coral reef is just meters from the shore.
L’Hermitage Beach
Here you’ll have a bit of everything as this volcanic beach joins a small trail of white sandy beach of Trou d’eau, which have two different beaches in the same place. L’Hermitage The beach is much quieter than Boucan Canot, especially because the waves is not as strong nor so much risk when bathing. There is a pine forest surrounding the beach, ideal for sunny days as well you can stop by the shade from time to time and from which you will have the best views as it is on the top of the beach and you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lagoon.
